子育てをしていると悩みは尽きないですよね？？
私自身、２児の母親ですが。母親になってから子育てで悩みがなかったことなんてありません！これは断言できます！
私が今でも思うことが『なんでやる気にならないの？』と子どもに対して思うことが多いんです。
なぜやる気にならないのか？。。
今回は、子どものやる気を引き出す方法を紹介します！
子どものやる気とは。。
大人が見ていると、、
『なぜ、しないの？』『やる気になったら早く終わるのに！』と思うことって多いですよね？
やる気とは、「進んで物事を成し遂げようとする気持ち・欲求」のことをいう。やる気があると人は目標や課題に対して積極的に取り組み、達成のために行動することができるのです。
子どもに目標を！！と言っても難しいものです。
特に幼児期・小学生までは、大人の関わりが大事になってきます。
子どもをやる気にさせるのは、大人次第ということです！
『やる気』を出させるためには、しっかりと環境を整えてあげましょう！
『やる気』と出す方法
◎子どもが興味あるものに気づく。
子どもの日々の様子を観察することが大切です。好きなもの・興味のあることには自分から進んで行動しています。子どもの変化に気づくことが大切です。
◎子どものやりたいことを妨げない。
子どもは好きなことにはすぐ没頭できますよね？その没頭が大事なんです！没頭🟰集中なのでその集中を邪魔しないようにすることが大切です。好きなことはまずさせてあげましょう！
◎失敗を咎めない。
失敗・間違いは誰にでもあります。失敗は成功の元なんです。成功より失敗から学ぶことが多いんです。失敗した時は、子どもに寄り添って、子どもの気持ちを代弁してあげましょう。
◎褒めることを大切にする。
子どもは特に認められることで大きく成長します。褒められることがやる気にも繋がり、良い効果が見られます。些細なことでも子どもに伝えるようにしましょう。
◎子どもの声に耳を傾ける
子どもはいつも何か発信しています。甘え・怒り・喜び・悲しみなど、素直になれない時は特に言葉ではない方法で発信します。子どもの普段の様子をしっかり観察することで、子どもの声に気づくことができるようになります。
やる気が出た後も大切！！
子どものやる気が出た後も大切です！！
やる気を持続させるために、子どもを認め、見守ることが大切です。
声をかけるのは最小限にしましょう！
集中が途切れてしまうと、やる気も無くなってしまいます。
子どものために、大人の我慢が必要な時です！！
違う！！と思うことがあると思いますが、子どもを信じて待ってみましょう。
子どもも、大人も一緒に頑張りましょう！
